track triple champs were great.
how i wish everything could just freeze there
great ppl i cant cant bear to leave.
trng has became part of my life.
some ppl has became part of my life
the seniors!

i could recall alot of moments vividly
slping at marc after trng.
holis morning 7am trng.
those were the lost good times
the runs i do with jeff and siangloong
in jungles.
in rain, in sunshine
how i got bullied whn we started
how i then became part of the jc gang
a pat on the head when i suffered my worse defeat.
the tears of mine they've seen.
theirs i also did.
how we came back.
how we won.
everything's amazing.
no one could understand this
if you're not part of it.
how we endured.
how we took all the pain together.
until now how it ends.
i wish we could train forever together.
though trng were really tough.
its interesting when i recalled
how i wish everything would end quickly
and now how i wish it never ceased.
my beloved seniors.
my dearest friends
many fades away
but i know these were the things
that would really stays.
